All,
I would like to do some observing Saturday night, but I am a little
confused as to where the club sponsored site will be. Is this the new observing
site or is it still Fredericksen's Meadow? Is anyone planning to go to
either site Saturday night? Actually, temps at the Antennas site will be in the
mid 60's at night, is anyone interested in going there one more time this
year?

Hi Paul,
We checked this site out last Sunday on our way to Utah. It was a little
cooler than Phoenix. The two spacious parking lots were gravel and there was
only one car in the overflow lot even though the main trailhead lot was
full. I think it is less than 2 miles to the turn. Better to rely on the
overflow lot sign than the distance. Have fun and clear skies. Utah has been a
bust as very windy Cloudy and rain and snow.
