The GIF is really cool and clearly shows the non-rotation of the moon.
That's something I'll share with my college kid, who is amazed we only see
one side of the moon. When I told him the Dark Side of the Moon was a real
thing (actually "far side", and not by Pink Floyd), he was skeptical.

It was clear enough in Arizona to take images of the moon on 25 consecutive
nights. My entire contribution was the second to last image of the waning
crescent, and JF was gracious enough to include me as a co-author.
His GIF that nicely shows the change in angular size and libration is worth
a look as well.
