I think it would be somewhat higher, as a true zenithal hourly rate is
supposed to be adjusted for altitude of the radiant, if I remember
correctly. This accounts for the fact that we are missing meteors below
your eastern horizon when the radiant is ony 30 degrees above that
horizon.
