[AZ-Observing] Telescope Clinic/Presentation/Star Party Estrella Mt Park Sat 1 May

Please join us this coming Saturday 01 May 2010 at Estrella Mountain
Park for a telescope clinic/ basic astronomy-telescope presentation
and star party.
There will be a telescope clinic from 6:30 PM to 7:30PM. People are
welcome to bring their telescopes and receive help with setting it up
and understanding its use. Then there will be a short presentation on
basic astronomy and telescopes followed by a star party. The event is
free, but there is a $6.00 per car fee for entrance into the park. If
you plan on bringing a telescope for the star party, let me know and
when you enter tell them you have a telescope for the star party and
they won't charge you.

Go West on I10 and exit at Estrella Parkway. Turn South on Estrella
Parkway. Go several miles until you cross a long bridge. Right after
the bridge take a left (East). There will be a golf course on the
right and the park entrance is 2nd right from the Parkway. Look for
the signs.
