The place is called the Creekside Preserve.

It used to have an LX200 12 inch SCT in a manual dome on the hill behind
the lodgings.

I don't know if it is still in use.

Here is their website and all the contact information you may need.

There is a place just outside Mayer (~15mi west of I-17 & Cordes
Junction on Rt 69). They have several cabins and I think a
restaurant. They used to have an observatory on one of the hills.
This leads me to believe they are astronomy friendly. The elevation
is close to 5,000. It's pretty dark in that area as it's over 100
miles north of Phoenix and 20 miles from Prescott. I don't know the
name of the place, but if you are interested I can stop and find out
the next time I go up that way.
