Come one, come all!

Next Tuesday, 7 March 2006, ASU West is having an Astronomy Open

On the following Saturday, 11 March 2006 PAS will be holding a public
star party in Dreamy Draw Park (just off of Rt 51 north of Northern
Ave (to the east). Bring your telescope. Bring a friend. Come look
through other telescopes. This is a fairly dark area considering it's
the middle of Phoenix.
See the PAS web site and PAS Events for a map. http://www.pasaz.org/

On Tuesday, 28 March 2006, there will be a star party at Garden Lakes
elementary School in Avondale. There is a big field and it is fairly
dark.
Directions:
In west Phoenix, exit the 101 at Indian School. Go west on Indian School Rd to
107th Ave. Take a left (south) on 107th Ave. Go south on 107th and the first
light will be Garden Lakes Parkway. Take a right onto Garden Lakes Parkway.
Garden Lakes Elementary School is on the left. (Westview High School is on the
right.) We will be setting up on the field next to the basketball court. You
can see the basketball court from the parking lot. You can park on the
basketball court or park on the field if you would like.
