Next time you need a UFO identified just give me a call. I'll be glad to put
a scope and camera on it! I even have an empty "Blue Binder" I can keep them

Subject: [AZ-Observing] Re: Spectacular Weather Balloon over Payson
Chris, yesterday evening Steve Coe, David Fredericksen and myself saw it
from northwest Phoenix, AZ. We didn't know what it was but it was low to
the east of northeast, about 15° above the horizon, whitish, was bracket
between 6:30pm and 7:30pm MST. Unfortunately we didn't have binos or a
telescope ready that was able to do an observation.
It was excellent that you were able to capture such a nice image.
