[AZ-Observing] Re: Spacefest in Mesa Continues Sunday

I would have liked to go to this to meet a couple of notables I have =
interest in, specifically Gen Cardenas.

I was put off by the incredible amounts of money that were being asked =
for autographs.  My respect drops dramatically for these people.

Thanks for the report, Tom.  I would have liked to have talked with=20
David Levy who was scheduled to speak at the SpaceFest today.... I had=20
seen the flier at RTMC, and the web pages, but in the end opted out,=20
partly due to other activities (like the EVAC meeting on Friday).  I=20
travelled up to Chino Valley today for a ValleyMetal home shop club=20
meeting -- Beevo Van Orden was also in attendance.  Nice and cool, it=20
rained lightly two times.
