Lots of wind down here in the south 40, but only a little rain and that was
earlier. Just poked my head out the door and saw a big cloud bank to our west
(over Tucson) blowing from south to north. We'll probably see rain later it
appears.

Stan, et al;
I am about 1500 feet lower than Stan, outside Wickenburg near the base of
Yarnell hill. We are getting it as rain here and lots of it. A steady
shower during the day and now (7:30 PM) heavy squall lines. Nice that it
is doing this while the Moon is thick, maybe we will have a chance to
observe next week under clear skies.
