Today's model that is centered on Mar 24 suggests fair
likelihood of dry, but it might be interesting to see tomorrow's.
Over the weekend, the MM nights come into the regular PHX forecast
regime, so you might get a better handle on it then.
The 8- and 12-day forecasts, by the way, are posted here:

...and show _odds_ of above/below median temps/precip (not really
forecasts per se). The ones run during weekends/holidays are
unsupervised by humans, so are usually no good.
