Late April temps for the Southern deserts top out in the low 90s, typically. Sounds nice and balmy to me . . . The beauty of this new moon period is that the weekend of May 2-3 is also pretty good moon-wise with set times of ~8:30 pm and ~9:30pm. So we have two weekends to view. I guess I want some kind of Sentinel-Schwaar party to occur. If the consensus is that it will be too hot, I understand and will let it go. Derek, Matt, Rick; I would not wish to be at Sentinel for May because of the heat, and I don't think that Cherry Road has enough room for more than 25 vehicles or so. That is the reason that I cancelled the whole thing. Let's make the May date a SAC star party.
