As long as you have done it, I just wanted to verify whether it took rooting
the Nook to get it to work.
I will order the SkyFi, I just needed to make sure.

all about the ad hoc network visibility. I also have a Nook Tablet and it's
just the same.
Something that you can do for testing - if you have another wifi enabled
system, try creating an ad hoc network on that system and see if your Nook will
see it.
