That is something you can do in CCDStack...
The "Alignment" adjusts each image. You do NOT have to finish the Stack.
Then you can simply do a SAVE ALL, and you will be done.
If you don't have CCDStack...  well, maybe someone close to you can help.
If not, you can send me a zipped package, and I will try and help out....

  Any Registax experts out there? I've got several sets of images I need to
align, and I can't tell if this is something I can do with that package or
not. I'm not looking to stack the images, just align all of them to a common
reference then save as individual frames.

  I can do this manually, of course, but if there's an easy way to automate
the task, all the better.
