[AZ-Observing] Re: RUMORED Celestron/Meade/Synta merger ???

I found the April 1 article from the OCR in the "cache" part of their 
web pages, you can go to the web page listed below and read it for yourself.
I would repeat that this is mainly about Meade's plans, and speculation 
on the part of the reporter re: Celestron.
I found the article by searching with yahoo on “Meade merger”.

By clicking on “cache” at the Orange County Register site, I could read 
the article without having to sign up.
I note that the article carries a date of April 1st!!
Quoting the article, “Joseph Lupica, Celestron's chief executive, could
