Howdy all; There was some smoke from the hay fire that blew over us and we never had a truly sharp evening. I gave it 6 out fo 10 for seeing and transparency. George Kolb did some imaging of an IC nebula in Cassiopeia, Joe Goss observed some little galaxies, Don viewed some planetary nebulae in Aquila and I used the ED 80 to view some wide field objects like the Andromeda Galaxy and the Double Cluster. As long as I stayed far above the mushy horizon I got some good observations. Maybe the fire will be out and we can get a little better night tonight.
