Barney,

Great focus and guiding on your shot. You also captured the faint edge-on
galaxy, IC 4617, between M13 and N6207. Keep up the good work!

Do you live in NM or are you doing this work remotely?

Clear skies,
Wayne (aka Mr. Galaxy)

Bernard, a good indication of a sharp M13 shot is how clearly the companion
galaxy is rendered. Youve nailed it, the galaxy shows sharp details and
coloration.
Clear Skies,

Chris

Hi,

Here is my latest picture, M13: The Hercules Cluster. It is a globular
cluster in the constellation of Hercules. It is about 25,000 light years
away and has a diameter of about 84 light years. I included two
versions of
this image. The first one is the full frame image and is notable for the
distant galaxy NGC 6207 visible in the upper left of the image. The other
image is a cropped version showing M13 closer up.
