But you also said:

for parking and observing well off the frontage road to the east aolng the
well-graded dirt road leading from the Badger Springs interchange" and
this is what I was referring to. If you stay in the area immediately off
I-17 there is no problem, but if you go further east, and you can go quite
a ways *without* crossing a stream bed, and even though there is an
outhouse further in (if I recall correctly) that area becomes a muddy
quagmire because of poor drainage.
