Hi Herb,
Steve, a long-time Arizona observer, was making an announcement about a
column he will write that discusses observing. That seems pretty relevant
to a list named AZ-Observing.
My take is that if your site has to do with observing and Arizona, then
it's okay to advertise it on AZ-Observing.
