I don’t know what’s going on. This “latest version” is nice and sharp, fitting
of your usual excellence. The other one would be a great image from me but it
definitely wasn’t the superior quality you normally produce.
The one I saw had serious fringing. I also didn’t see Martin’s name on it which
I thought was unusual given that it was done on his scope and your earlier
decision to include him in the copyright. I might have been looking in the
wrong place for Martin’s name, so that’s not definitive. I remember adding up
the just over 20 hours of exposures which this one also lists.
Sorry for the confusion. It must be senility on my part.

It’s probably just my bad eyes but it looks like a lot of the brighter stars
are lime green on one side and magenta on the other. That fringe is not
something I normally associate with your images. Is something wrong?
