[AZ-Observing] Re: More weather balloon

Just spotted the balloon in North Phoenix - very briefly. I was lucky
to see it at all given the clouds. Seems much lower than those I've
seen in the past.

I should have added that it is about 25 degrees off the horizon at about
12:35pm MST. It appears to be slowly moving to the west over the past
