Monsoon Season in Arizona appears to be coming to an end! Dryer, comfortable
temperatures for Fall observing and camping are here.
To kick off the Fall observing season we have great prices to spend a night
using the 36-inch telescope and see spectacular, picture-like views, of the
best objects in Cassiopeia, Perseus, Orion(!).

In cooperation with AS Research, we're offering the Airbnb listings. If you
are not into camping but would still love to observe, Apache-Sitgreaves
Observatory does offer observing-only. When Fall turns to Winter, there are
hotels close by to stay the remainder of the night. The Orion Nebula is quite
stunning, and, colorful (and Andromeda Galaxy, too (yes, colorful)).
We are the largest public observing telescope in Arizona. Bring your friends,
family, and, observing list and warm clothes. We'll bring coffee! Winter
Visitors will appreciate that we are the closest and largest telescope
observatory to Phoenix.
We are on TripAdvisor too! We are ranked #2 of things to do in Overgaard, AZ.
We would like to be ranked #1 but women first, especially Wild Women (Saloon).
Your hosts,
Steven and Lori Aggas
