   I use the site below for weather information.  I find the water vapor 
satellite image to be the best indicator of how clear the sky will be. 
Looks like tonight realy sucks.

I disagree that it is well-described by the CSC. Right now it is
completely socked over, has been for the past 2 hours or longer. The CSC
did not indicate it to this degree, but the CMC did. The CMC is better
than the CSC.
