Darren,

Excellent first light. You have a very good luminance to work with. I look
forward to the color version.

Bernard

This is really the first Astrophotography image I've taken. (there have been
a couple of test shots before, but nothing serious) This one is just
6 hours of Luminance (and appropriate bias, dark and flat frames) , and am
going to be working on getting some RGB and some Ha added into it.
I've only processed this in CCD stack, as I'm still getting used to the
basic concepts, and want to get those down before I move into the deeper end
of the pool with PixInsight and Photoshop.

Comments and suggestions are appreciated.

Equipment is

Takahashi TOA 130
Paramount MX
ACP control software
RoboFocus
TakO Rotator
SBIG STT-8300 camera

Equipment is remote operated at the Cuttin' Edge Observatory up in Mayer (a
friend's observatory who's graciously allowed me to put my scope in there
and partner up with him)
