[AZ-Observing] Kowa 6 Camera

The father of someone I know passed away and left behind a lot of
telescope and camera equipment. It appears to him that one camera in
particular seems to be suited to a telescope, a Kowa 6, w/ telephoto.
Is this a telescope camera?
