[AZ-Observing] IC 2944 - The Running Chicken Nebula in narrowband

Hi,
This is an image of the central region of IC 2944, also known as the Running
Chicken Nebula. It is an emission nebula about 6,000 light years away in the
constellation Centaurus. It includes the Bok Globules known as Thackeray's
Globules near the center of the image. This image was captured with
narrowband filters and processed using the Hubble palette.
