First noticed it at 6:30. Seems almost motionless and appears to be over 
Fountain Hills from my spot at 20th St. and Baseline.
Very bright and great in the 10 x 50's with a payload package hanging down.

It's currently (6:20 p.m. Friday) about 30 degrees high in the northeast. 
It was pretty easy to see before it passed behind a cloud.  This one is 
going to get pretty close to Phoenix.
