RE: HB 2757 billboards; message change; authorization

HB 2757 is being fast-tracked and is now scheduled for hearing in the Senate
Natural Resources and Transportation Committee (NRT) on Monday (March 5) at
2:00 P.M. A recap of this week is as follows: Monday-House COW (Farley
Amendment failed 17-38); Tuesday-meeting with billboard lobbyists that would
not negotiate; Wednesday-House Third Read (34-20) & transmittal to Senate;
Thursday-Senate First Read (assigned to NRT) & NRT revised calendar for Monday,
March 5 to add the bill; Friday-good news-Senate not working and further damage
cannot be done.

Please contact the six members of the Senate Natural Resources and
Transportation Committee and urge them to vote no on HB 2757. Emails are best
today and over the weekend; phone calls are preferred on Monday through early
afternoon. Make sure to reference HB 2757 being in their Natural Resources and
Transportation Committee on Monday. If you happen to be a constituent, be sure
to make that clear. Outside the Phoenix area, you can call the toll-free number
