[AZ-Observing] Full Lunar Eclipse coming up on Tue/Wed

For those who are â€œnot aware”… or perhaps â€œaware â€“ but forgot”….
There will be a full Lunar Eclipse on the night of Tue, Jan 30th….

 

Actually, that is only â€œpartly” true….

The actual eclipse is on Wed morning in the early early hours…

The eclipse starts at 3:51 AM, and the Moon will be in the West (270 degrees) Â 
at about 35 degrees elevation.

Total Eclipse is at 6:29 AM….   It should still be VERY visible in the 
early morning as sunrise is after 7:00 AM…. Â BUT… it will be low… about 
10.7 degrees elevation…

Moonset is 7:27 AM.
