For those of you who had too much Halloween candy and went to bed early last night, it was one of the best nights I've seen in a while. The sky was very transparent and very steady. I got excellent photometric and spectroscopic data last night/early this morning. After all the trick or treaters left I set up and observed from around 11 PM to 2 AM.The temperature was a very nice mid-70's/ All equipment worked well and produced excellent data. I was thinking about all the folks who enjoy a good view of the Universe. Last night would have provided an excellent sky. While this is from the West side of Phoenix, I suspect much of central Arizona was also excellent.
