For those who might be interested in investigating ALPO.



The new issue of The Strolling Astronomer, Journal of the Assn. of Lunar
&  Planetary Observers, is now available for viewing and downloading at

This issue is free for interested nonmembers to enjoy and consider a
membership in the ALPO.  There is no password.

Left-clicking on the file name opens it for you to view and/ or print.
Right-clicking on the filename allows you to save the entire issue on
your hard drive for later access without having to go online.

In this issue (DJALPO46-4.pdf):

An exhaustive analysis of last year's Mars apparition. Also . . .
* A look back at the ALPO conference at AstroCon 2004.
* An analysis of the 2000-2001 Venus apparition.
* A writeup about an unlisted dome near the Valentine dome.
