Kevin, weather.gov indicates about 60% cloudy, with rain and thunder.
Recipe for me to stay home.

Subject: [AZ-Observing] Fredrickson's Meadow July 29,30,31
Hello out there!
Is anyone going to the High Country this weekend to get lost in the night
sky and away from the Phoenix Furnace? If and when it rains, will the
meadow be all gooey and sticky? I've been on the Rim a good many times in
the summer monsoon and many places get real snotty when it gets wet. Is the
Meadow like that? It has also been my experience that it will rain anytime
from noon until late in the evening and then clear up, but be real humid and
damp with LOTS of dew.
Mr. Coe: Do you this it will be worth a trip to the Meadow this weekend?
Thanks,
Kevin Kozel
