After 40 years of service, senior editor Dennis di Cicco will be leaving
Sky & Telescope at the end of June. Also, associate editor Tony Flanders
will be leaving S&T at the end of August.
S&T has just started the process of hiring two new editors. They intend to
replace Dennis and Tony with experienced amateur astronomers who have strong
writing skills, and who can help them expand their efforts in new types of
media, such as video and digital. They are looking for one editor who is an
equipment expert, and another who is an observing expert and who either live
in the Boston metro area, or who are willing to relocate to the Boston area.
