[AZ-Observing] Excellent deal on the sale of personal Astronomy Equipment

I got into deep space observing a short four years ago, but health issues make
it difficult for me to continue. I have the following (list below) of
equipment. My investment is over $7,600, and I believe the current LOW value of
everything on the list (based on recent astromart or ebay sales) is about
$4,600.
Iâ??ll take a minimum of $3,750 for the entire lot or the best offer above
$3,750. This gear is all lightly used, maintained in an air conditioned
environment (except the battery â?? I kept that charged in the garage). All
software for the devices can be downloaded from the manufacturer free. The
Hand Controller for the Atlas mount is the most recent version. The Celestron
Ultima 22mm eyepiece fell from the â??scope two years ago at Boyce Thompson.
There was no damage to the viewing: The only damage was to the threads. I
fixed that, and filters screw on, but I cut the price dramatically. All the
other equipment is in new, close to new, excellent or very good condition.
I have enjoyed some remarkable and spiritual evenings viewing with this
equipment. I am sure I will miss it, but it seems criminal to only take this
fine equipment out 4-6 times a year. I want to see someone else be able to
enjoy deep space, and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
This is a chance for someone to have a pretty darned good semi-pro setup for
literally half of current retail cost. Iâ??ll take cash or Pay-Pal (3% extra
for using PayPal).
I might part this out, but the Scope and Mount must go together. The scope and
mount alone would be a firm $2,400.
