[AZ-Observing] Email for Steve Coe is all better

Howdy all;
Just a quick note that my email is "fixed". It turns out that Cox has
recently decided to not allow outgoing mail from any other source than their
smtp server. So, I have been using the server at the Ngcic Project for
years and suddenly that didn't work. I have now entered the cox server as
my outgoing mail server (smtp.west.cox.net) and all is well. I am also
sending this email for anyone in the same boat.
