A heads up for Greater Phoenix satellite watchers, particularly Casa
Grande, East Valley and Fountain Hills longitudes. Iridium 7 and Iridium
51 satellites with antenna glints 30 seconds apart with favorable
magnitudes. Flares centered at 3° azimuth, plus or minus a few degrees
depending on the observer's location, 51° elevation at 18:49:XX local time.
http://www.heavens-above.com and ISS Detector Android app both agree. I
don't think this is common. Too bad the beautiful crescent moon will be at
the observer's back.
