For those of you interested, Friday night is Adult Night at the AZ Science
Center in downtown Phoenix and the presenter is the one and only Dr Peter
Smith, PI of the Mars Phoenix Lander mission!
Here's the info:

The Search for Life of Mars
GUEST: Peter Smith
Senior Research Scientist, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory
5:30pm - 9pm

Is there life on Mars? Smith will summarize what NASA and other scientists
have learned from the five year Mars rover missions and the recent Phoenix
Mars lander mission. Soon, a large, nuclear-powered rover will launch from
Cape Canaveral with the goal of a long-term examination of a water-rich
location. Come hear what's new and what's next for the mysterious Red
Planet.

It says the Friday Night Adult Nights are free to adults. I'm not positive
if they charge the general admission or not.
