  The usual tricks are: a) don't put any space at the
front of a new message; and b)Â trim off most/all of the
quoted text in a message.
  For the first, usually just leaving the first line of
the quoted message (which is not indented, as above) will
get you completely copied to the e-mail post.
  Also avoid any sort of coding/encryption as with
cell phones etc; send flat text. Oh, and no attachments
(they get stripped) or images (likewise).
