I found a bonus in the upper right corner of the photo when I stacked 27 frames of Lovejoy Q2 and M79. It's NGC 1886, a small galaxy at about 13.6 mag. At first I thought it was another geostat flaring. Very little tail detail showed up. Probably the bright Moon nearby. https://www.flickr.com/photos/59454099@N00/16114632366/ JD Maddy Clarkdale, AZ -- See message header for info on list archives or unsubscribing, and please send personal replies to the author, not the list.
