[AZ-Observing] Coconino National Forest to close Friday

Since it hasn't been mentioned here yet, and will affect travel
plans up on the Rim, the Coconino Forest will be closed starting
Friday. All off-highway travel is forbidden. Details starting at:

Five Mile Meadow is on the Coconino, by the way.
