Thanks for the info Tom. I've been noticing that things seem to be deteriorating slightly as we head into the weekend, but I still think tonight is looking better than Saturday. The Vekol Clear Sky Clock looks pretty good up until about 11, which is just before moonrise anyway. Check out today's IR image. http://www.atmo.arizona.edu/gifs/IRAZ.GIF As of just before noon, the time-lapse animation shows very gradual motion of the entire thing to the north, so I'm not so sure anymore that it's going to be photometric tonight as you head into the southern part of the state. This one shows just how far the subtropical jet clouds extend to the west. http://weather.unisys.com/satellite/sat_ir_west.html Tom -- See message header for info on list archives or unsubscribing, and please send personal replies to the author, not the list. -- See message header for info on list archives or unsubscribing, and please send personal replies to the author, not the list.
