As far as where the jobs are I'd suppose many will be in the city or there
would be lots of positions that permitted telecommuting. Another thought -
telecommute by plane because there's an airport a few miles up the road
across the Interstate.

Since the development will be located two-thirds of the way to Phoenix from
Hovatter Road, its light will likely blend right in with the existing metro
Phoenix light dome to the east. I'd be more concerned if we observed closer
in, like just west of the White Tanks. In that case, the new light dome
from Belmont will be to your west, where it used to be dark.
Here's the location map. I wonder how smart it is to add tens of thousands
of people commuting 50 miles to their jobs in Phoenix.
