There are the 'LO-CAMS' systems running on Mars Hill and
also at the DCT near Happy Jack. So those should have caught it.

There are in addition similar set-ups in New Mexico.
So if this event appeared as described, there will be plenty
of actual measurements of it to pin down the location
far better than could be done from visual reports.
