Earl Osborn here in Glendale is one of the two BEST equipped and most 
experienced binocular repair techs in the western U.S.  (The other is 
Bill Cook, up in Seattle.)  Earl comes highly recommended, a former Navy 
Chief Optical rate, very knowledgable, and a frequent contributor to the 
Binocular History Society e-mail list.  Here is Earl's contact information:
