Hello to all the All Arizona Messier Marathon participants!
We will be having the Marathon on Saturday March 12, 2016 as you already know.
Here are some more events to ponder about:
SAC is hosting the First Annual All Arizona Messier Marathon Swap Meet in the
afternoon beginning a 3:30pm and ending at 4:30pm in time to get ready to eat.
Please bring the items you would like to trade or sell or even maybe donate to
the raffle after dinner. You can bring whatever astronomical items you may
want to part with for the Swap Meet. Also, if you have an extra table, please
bring it with you so we will have plenty of space for the Swap Meet. You can
bring your unused astronomy items you would like to sell. This could be a
great time to pick up previously loved items and get a little cash for your
own. Bring plenty of small bills so you can make change for your sales.
Dinner - email Lori Prause < loriprause@xxxxxxxxx > to reserve your sandwich,
chips and cookie - only $6.00
Raffle - bring some cash for a chance to win some fun prizes - dinner and
raffle start at 5pm. Raffle tickets are $1.00 each, 6 tickets for $5.00 or 25
tickets for $20.
So Good Folks who so love Astronomy under very dark skies, come on out and have
a wonderful day and night with your fellow stargazers form all over Arizona and
Beyond!
