[AZ-Observing] 3:20 pm report of Cherry Road

It definitely has deteriorated. Rather than storm activity playing
itself out as the day progresses, it seems to have increased in force.
It is not raining yet where I am, but the gray cloud cover has become
much more widespread. It does not look good.
