30 Hours… Now that is dedication !! I think the most time I have on a single
target is about 1.5 hours …
The “blue” is interesting…. But you know me… Mostly mono, and I love my Ha
images in mono…
I wonder what Herschel, Messier, and all the other “old timers” would say or do
if they could see all of these color images ??
Heck… forget the color !! What would they say if they could “see” the basic
“mono” images ???
I am playing with the Herschel 2500 list… I have the H400, H2, and a couple
hundred others.
The remaining 1300 or so are mostly small (2-5 ArcMin) targets…. And mostly
galaxies.
And he thought he was seeing Nebula… boy, would he be amazed !! And Messier
was before him !!
I will be playing with some color during the next year or so (I have the filter
wheel in and populated (RGB-Ha-L)).
Will probably play with mostly larger galaxies for the first year or so…
We shall see….
