I thought that if a person got out of MHA, the computer logged off.
Could not actually go anywhere but the tests requested.

Subject: [AVAPL Members] MHA privacy policy

Hello colleagues,

I was wondering if anyone could direct me to some sort of VA privacy
policy regarding the use of the mental health assistant in CPRS, i.e.,
documentation on the procedures of administering computer based tests
off of the package (staff present in the room, staff entry vs. patient
entry, etc) or anything relating to this. My manager is asking due to
the potential breeches of confidential patient information such as in
hypothetical cases if one were to leave the room, or not be paying
attention while the patient is browsing around in CPRS.

Thanks,
