Please share this message with relevant VA colleagues.

 

The VHA Dementia Education and Training (DET) Committee is sending this
Request for Proposals (RFP) to invite VA educators and dementia subject
matter experts to submit proposals for VA employee educational
activities regarding care for Veterans with dementia.  Proposed dementia
education/training activities should be ones that will be ready for
national (system-wide) VA implementation in Fiscal Year (FY) 2012.

 

Proposals must conform to the specifics in the attached RFP.

 

Proposals must be submitted via e-mail by 12:00 NOON EASTERN TIME on
January 3, 2011 to Susan G. Cooley, PhD, Chief, Dementia Initiatives,
Office of Geriatrics and Extended Care, at Susan.cooley@xxxxxxx
