This tip has just been posted on LinkedIn. I have always wanted to be able to do this - didn't think it was possible. Create padding between a table and the paragraph that follows the table. From the Table Properties, go to the Table tab. Make sure text wrapping is set to Around, and then click Positioning. From the "Distance from surrounding text" option, click Bottom and enter a value.
