Write a macro that applies the change to a specified or selected column. or 2. Create a new column next to the column you want to update. - In the first cell (after the heading) enter the function you want - upper or lower, there is also a "proper" case change, and fill down. That by itself might be enough to solve your problem, but you could then copy the new column and "paste special" and choose values only to update the data in the original column. Hope this helps.
